How we work
Complete event management. From the first call to post-event.
Briefing & Concept
We listen to the goals, the audience and the budget. We propose 2–3 event concepts with mood board, format and cost estimate. We choose the direction together.
Design
Detailed production plan: schedule, suppliers, setup, direction, catering, communication. Every variable is planned, plan B included.
Production
Coordination of all suppliers, venue setup, technical rehearsals, staff briefing. We are on site from preparation to the end.
On-site
Technical and creative direction during the event. Real-time management of the unexpected. The client lives the event, we take care of everything else.
Post-event
Video recap, photos, attendance report and results analysis. Content to extend the life of the event across digital and social channels.
Setup
The space tells the story of the event before it even begins.
Stage & scenography
Stage, backdrop, LED wall, light design and technical AV direction for conventions and product launches up to 1500 pax.
Exhibition stands
Modular and custom stands for fairs and expos: structure, graphics, lighting and furnishings. 3D design, production and full assembly.
Dinners & hospitality
Room setup for gala dinners and corporate dinners: floral design, tables, atmospheric lighting, branded elements and custom mise en place.
